How did this happen??

Well last night we got a heck of an ice storm! We awoke to ice laden trees, icesicles hanging from the rooftops and the ice glistening in the sunshine.

Brian was off work for the day BUT who had to go to work???? ME of all people I had to drive to work, I dont know if I mentioned this or not but I had a fender bender last week in the dry!
I went to work and didnt have ONE cancellation instead I had people calling wanting to come in too! I was the only one that came in! Enough feeling sorry for myself, I did score a few bucks afterall.

I am happy to report that the weather is only going to get worse and I AM OFF TOMORROW!!!

I'm a reality show addict!!

The Real Housewives of Orange County- I cant wait to see what happens with Gretchen!



American Idol- I love to see the rejects make fools of themselves then I love to see the ones who can really sing get a chance at making dreams come true



The Bachelor- I admit it, I've been a fan since Season 1 (Krystal is an addict too, she encourages me ;) ;) ;)



I want to watch the Biggest Loser too but I havent figured out what time and day it comes on

Sad Sad News!

I just got a call from California, my oldest brother Larry called to share some awfully sad news.
His youngest son Matthew only 27, died in his sleep preliminary reports say respiratory distress.
I am still in shock and all I can say is the words I try to live by: Cherish every moment, enjoy every day because you just never know!
27 is so young!

Girls going WILD!!

Okay maybe thats an overstatement... but we did have a great time. I got the chance to meet 2 girls that also used Lifetime Adoption as their adoption facilitator, in Las Vegas for a few fun filled days.
It was a great time, so much to do and they were both such great hosts, they had both been there before! They were very understanding as I stood in awe of the landmarks and Elvis impersonator!
Thanks for a great time girls, Im already looking forward to Mexico!!!! I hope we can get the kids together sometime too!!
